Update: Coal was the same way as Karakiz. She did not know how to take care of her children because she got pregnant at a young age. I caught her when she was pregnant and took her to the vet. She gave birth there healthily but none of the babies survived. Coal was neutered. She regained her health. She continues to live in my garden right now.
She was very small and was constantly giving birth. I caught her to prevent this. She was pregnant and after giving birth to her babies, I had her spayed.

I caught them at the end because they started having babies when they were very young. I had them delivered at the clinic and when the children got a little older, I sterilized the mothers.
I have 27 cats and 1 dog in my house and 10 cats in my yard. And I try to meet their every need such as treatment, care, vaccination. And 4 children are being treated in the clinic.
